It can be ingeniously designed in either a U-shape or tube type configuration, perfectly engineered to convey both granular and powder materials.
Depending on your needs, the conveyor can be equipped with a screw either with a shaft or shaftless. The material options are robust carbon steel or durable stainless steel.
The auger flight of the LSS series screw conveyor is available in three distinct types: whole board-type, draper-type, and blade-type.
(1) The whole board-type is ideally suited for transporting granular or powdered materials.
(2) The draper-type is perfectly engineered for conveying
cloggy materials with efficiency and ease.
(3) The blade-type is excellently designed for transporting materials with high viscosity,
and can also handle compressible materials. During the conveying process, it can simultaneously complete tasks such as stirring and mixing.
Customers can select the appropriate auger flight shape based on the material characteristics they need to handle.
Characteristics:
(1) The LSS series screw conveyor features a casing that is entirely formed by mold pressing. The bearings are fully sealed units with a spherical outer surface.
(2) The dimensions of the inlet/outlet and discharge mounting can be customized to meet user requirements. The rotation direction of the auger flight can be either left-handed or right-handed.
(3) Each section of the screw shafts is connected to the core axis. The motor reducer is linked to the conveyor drive shaft via a flexible shaft coupling, making installation, dismantling, and maintenance straightforward.
