(1) The casing of the LSS series screw conveyor is fully made using mold pressing techniques, and the bearings are entirely sealed with a spherical exterior surface for optimal performance.
(2) The size of the inlet/outlet and the discharge mounting can be customized to meet user requirements. The auger flight rotation direction can be configured as either left-handed or right-handed turning.
(3) Each section of the screw shafts is connected to the core axis, and the motor reducer links to the conveyor drive shaft via a flexible shaft coupling. This design ensures easy installation, dismantling, and maintenance.
