Our bucket elevator is a versatile solution primarily utilized across various industries, including grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. Designed for lifting granular, powdery, and small block materials, it is efficient and robust.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories, among others. It can adeptly handle grain-like materials, dust, small blocks, and oil-cleaning tasks. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those with significant impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties. Key features include:,dust-like,small block or oil cleaning. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, containing large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Noteworthy features include::
1. The side plate of the bottom is movable, ensuring easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel,,head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key for fixed stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine comprises an elevator top,,machine barrel,,elevator bottom,,rubber belt (chains), and bucket, among other components. The rubber belt loops around the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets fixed at specific intervals. Material enters the elevator through the inlet, is scooped up by the buckets, moves upward along with the belt, and is discharged from the outlet after passing the head wheel. For thorough cleaning, the elevator bottom is equipped with a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top includes a chain drive section, head cap, discharge bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose from three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer with flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed of angle steel and steel sheet for durability.
3. The elevator bottom has an inlet and discharge gates on both sides of the lower part, with a spiral tension mechanism for bucket belt adjustment.
The elevator bottom can have a dust pipe installed after removing the cover.
4. There are two types of belts: rubber and chain. The rubber belt ends are connected with special belt bolts, while buckets are fixed on the belts (chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets come in two types: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, whereas shallow buckets are designed for dust-like materials.
