Introducing the innovative HUS Belt Conveyor: a marvel of modern engineering designed for seamless operation and exceptional convenience. Ideal for the transportation of particulate and packaging materials in granaries, fuel depots, fodder processing plants, coal facilities, and port loading zones.
Operating Instructions
- For optimal performance, always initiate with a no-load start. Begin feeding only after the machine is operating normally. It is recommended to cease feeding before shutting down the machine. Afterward, turn off the motor and disconnect the electrical supply.
- Ensure the conveyor belt tension is neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness can weaken the joints and impair system stability, while too much looseness can damage the belt and affect its capacity.
- Feed materials as centrally on the belt as possible to prevent misalignment. Avoid informal loading and unloading practices.
- Promptly adjust the conveyor belt if it begins to deviate from its proper path.
Main Technical Parameters
Maintenance and Announcements
To ensure low consumption and minimal wear during production, and to maintain high transportation efficiency with no material loss, always start the conveyor with no load to reduce startup resistance. Adjust the belt tension appropriately before operation to guarantee smooth performance.
Prevent the belt from contacting any fatty substances such as gasoline, diesel oil, or machine oil to avoid corrosion.
The belt conveyor must only be stopped once all materials have been unloaded. At the end of production, relax the tension pulley and ensure the machine is stored properly to maintain its condition for future use.
Store the machine properly in the warehouse to ensure normal operation during subsequent uses.
