The HUS Belt Conveyor features an innovative design and user-friendly operation, making it ideal for transporting particulate and packaged materials in granaries, fuel depots, feed mills, coal industries, and port loading zones.
Operating Instructions
- For optimal performance, always start the machine with no load. Begin feeding materials once it is running smoothly. Before stopping, cease feeding and then power down the motor, cutting off the electricity supply.
- Ensure the conveyor belt is neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness can weaken joint strength and reduce system stability, while excessive looseness can damage the belt and degrade capacity.
- When feeding materials, aim for the center of the belt to prevent misalignment. Always load and unload in a proper manner.
- If the conveyor belt starts to misalign, adjust it immediately to maintain proper operation.

Maintenance Guidelines and Announcements
To minimize wear and tear and ensure high efficiency, allow the belt conveyor to start idling to reduce resistance. Adjust the belt tension properly before operation to ensure smooth function.
Avoid any contact between the belt and petroleum-based substances like gasoline, diesel oil, and machine oil to prevent corrosion.
Only stop the belt conveyor after all materials are unloaded. At the end of production, relax the tension pulley and prepare the machine for storage to maintain its condition.
Properly maintain the machine and store it appropriately to ensure it operates normally in future uses.
