Operating Instruction
- Always initiate the machine without any load, and commence feeding materials only once it is running smoothly. Ensure to stop feeding before shutting down the machine. Subsequently, turn off the motor and disconnect the electricity supply accordingly.
- Maintain optimal tension in the conveyor belt; it should not be excessively tight or loose. Over-tightening reduces joint strength and operational stability, while a loose belt can suffer damage and diminish its capacity.
- Feed materials as centrally as possible to prevent misalignment of the conveyor. Avoid improper loading and unloading practices to maintain efficiency and longevity.
