The HUS Belt Conveyor proudly features an innovative design and effortless operation, making it the perfect solution for efficiently transporting a variety of particulate and packaged materials. It excels in diverse applications such as granaries, fuel depots, fodder production facilities, coal yards, and bustling port loading zones.
Operating Instruction
- Always initiate the machine without any load, and commence feeding materials only once it is running smoothly. Ensure to stop feeding before shutting down the machine. Subsequently, turn off the motor and disconnect the electricity supply accordingly.
- Maintain optimal tension in the conveyor belt; it should not be excessively tight or loose. Over-tightening reduces joint strength and operational stability, while a loose belt can suffer damage and diminish its capacity.
- Feed materials as centrally as possible to prevent misalignment of the conveyor. Avoid improper loading and unloading practices to maintain efficiency and longevity.
- Adjust the conveyor belt promptly should any misalignment occur to ensure continuous smooth operation.
Main Technical Parameters
Maintenance and Announcements
For optimal performance, including lower energy consumption, reduced wear, and high transportation efficiency, always start the conveyor without a load to minimize startup resistance. Ensure the belt's tension is adjusted appropriately before operation for seamless functionality.
Prevent any contact between the conveyor belt and fatty materials such as gasoline, diesel oil, or machine oil to avoid corrosive damage and ensure longevity.
Unload all materials before stopping the belt conveyor. After production, relax the tension pulley and store the machine properly to ensure it is in prime condition for future use.
Ensure the machine is stored properly in the warehouse to guarantee its readiness for normal future use.
