Operating Instruction
- Always start the machine without load, and only begin feeding once it is running smoothly. Cease feeding before shutting down the machine. Turn off the motor and cut off the electricity supply accordingly.
- Ensure the conveyor belt is neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness weakens joint strength and reduces operational stability, while looseness can damage the belt and impair capacity.
- Feed materials as centrally as possible to prevent misalignment of the conveyor. Avoid informal loading and unloading practices.
- Adjust the conveyor belt promptly if misalignment occurs.

To ensure lower consumption, minimal wear, and high transportation efficiency, always start the conveyor with no load to reduce startup resistance. Adjust the belt's tension before operation to ensure smooth functioning.
