Structure and Working Principle:
This machine is composed of an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (or chains), and buckets. The rubber belt circulates between the head and tail wheels, with buckets affixed at intervals. Materials enter through the inlet, get scooped by the buckets, and are transported upward with the belt, then discharged through the outlet head wheel. 1. The elevator top includes a chain drive section head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose from three power transmission options:

2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.

3. The elevator bottom features inlet and discharge gates on both sides. It includes a spiral tension adjuster for the bucket belt. A dust pipe can be installed after removing the cover.
The elevator bottom can be equipped with a dust pipe after dismounting the cover.
4. Two types are available: rubber belt and chain. The ends of the rubber belt are joined with specialized belt bolts, and buckets are fastened to the belt (or chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets come in two designs: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are intended for granules, while shallow buckets are for dust-like materials.
