The bucket elevator is predominantly utilized across a multitude of industries, including grain processing, animal feed production, coal handling, metallurgy, and cement manufacturing.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. It is meticulously designed to elevate materials such as granules,,dust-like particles,,small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials. However, the TDTG type double-barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those containing large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Noteworthy features include:
1. A movable side plate at the bottom, facilitating effortless maintenance.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are interconnected using a flat key, ensuring optimal stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
This advanced machine comprises an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The rubber belt traverses between the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets fixed at specific intervals. Materials enter via the inlet, are scooped by the buckets, ascend with the belt, are propelled by the head wheel, and discharged through the outlet. For cleaning purposes, the elevator bottom includes a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top features a chain drive section, head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can select among three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer through flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheet for enhanced durability.
3. The elevator bottom incorporates an inlet and discharge gates on both sides, featuring a spiral tension mechanism to adjust the bucket belt. Additionally, a dust pipe can be installed after removing the cover.
The elevator bottom can be equipped with a dust pipe after removing the cover.
4. Available in two types: rubber belt and chain. The ends of the rubber belt are connected with specialized belt bolts, and buckets are secured to the belt (chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets are offered in two varieties: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are intended for granular materials, whereas shallow buckets are designed for dust-like materials.
