The HUS Belt Conveyor features a cutting-edge design and intuitive operation, making it the perfect choice for transporting particulate and packaging materials in diverse environments such as granaries, fuel depots, fodder production facilities, coal yards, and port loading areas.
Operating Instruction
- Always initiate the machine without a load. Only commence feeding once the conveyor is functioning smoothly. Stop feeding before shutting down the machine. Ensure to turn off the motor and disconnect the electricity supply accordingly.
- Maintain optimal tension in the conveyor belt—neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness diminishes joint strength and operational stability, while looseness can damage the belt and affect its capacity.
- Center the materials as much as possible during feeding to prevent conveyor misalignment. Avoid improper loading and unloading practices.
- Promptly adjust the conveyor belt if any misalignment occurs to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Main Technical Parameters
Maintenance and Announcements
For optimal performance with lower consumption, minimal wear, and high transportation efficiency, always start the conveyor without a load to reduce startup resistance. Adjust the belt's tension before operation to guarantee smooth functioning.
Prevent any contact between the belt and fatty substances such as gasoline, diesel oil, or machine oil to avoid corrosion and damage.
Ensure all materials are unloaded before stopping the belt conveyor. After production, relax the tension pulley and store the machine properly to keep it in prime condition for future use.
Store the machine properly in the warehouse to ensure its readiness for future operations.
