The bucket elevator, an essential component in various industries such as grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories, is a versatile and efficient vertical conveying solution.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. It excels at lifting materials like granules, dust, and small blocks. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is not recommended for materials exceeding 60ºC, with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties. Its features include:,dust-like,small blocks, or oil-cleaning applications. Note that the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for lifting materials over 60ºC, or with significant impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive characteristics. Key features include::
1. A movable side plate at the bottom ensures easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key for fixedness.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine comprises an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (or chains), and buckets. The rubber belt encircles the head and tail wheels, with buckets fixed at specific intervals. Material enters the elevator via the inlet, is scooped up by the buckets, moves upward with the belt, and is discharged at the top. The elevator bottom includes a plug board and spiral tension device for cleaning.,machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (chains) and buckets, etc. The rubber belt runs between the head and tail wheels, and the buckets are affixed to the belt at regular intervals. Material falls into the elevator from the inlet, and as the buckets scoop it up and move upward, the material is discharged at the head wheel.
1. The elevator top consists of a chain drive section, head cap, discharge mechanism, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose from three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer with flexible coupling for direct drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed with angle steel and steel sheets.
3. The elevator bottom includes an inlet and discharge gates on both sides of the lower part, with a spiral tension device for adjusting the bucket belt. A dust pipe can be installed after removing the cover.
The elevator bottom can have a dust pipe installed after dismounting the cover.
4. There are two bucket types: rubber belt and chain. The ends of the rubber belt are connected with special belt bolts, and the buckets are attached to the belt (or chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets are available in two types: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are used for granular materials, while shallow buckets are suitable for dust-like materials.
