The bucket elevator is predominantly utilized across various industries such as grain processing,,feed manufacturing,,coal mining,,metallurgy,,and cement production, among others. It is adept at lifting materials like granular substances,,dust-like particles,,small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is not suitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those with significant impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties. Its notable features include:
1. The bottom side plate is movable, making maintenance easy.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring a fixed connection.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine is comprised of an elevator top,,machine barrel,,elevator bottom,,rubber belt (chains), and bucket, among others. The rubber belt is looped around the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets fixed on the belt at specific intervals. Material enters the elevator through the inlet, is scooped up by the buckets, and moves upward following the belt. The material is then discharged from the outlet after passing the head wheel. To facilitate cleaning, the elevator bottom is equipped with a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top includes a chain drive section head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose from three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer through flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheet.
3. The elevator bottom features an inlet, discharge gates on both sides of the lower part, and a spiral tension mechanism for adjusting the bucket belt.
A dust pipe can be installed on the elevator bottom after dismounting the cover.
4. There are two types of belts: rubber belt and chain. The ends of the rubber belt are connected with special belt bolts. Buckets are affixed to the rubber belt (chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Two types of buckets are available: deep type and shallow type. Deep type buckets are ideal for granular materials, while shallow type buckets are suited for dust-like materials.
