TS Type spring powder feed machine is the latest model material conveying device in our country. Apply to all mealiness and graininess material self-feeding. Put the discharge opening of feed machine direct installing on the inlet of mainframe,thus self-feeding instead of hand feeding,Because hand feeding is very difficult.

Note: When the vacant running-in, noise is a normal phenomenon. After feeding, the noise disappears by oneself .
Adjustment and operation:
(1)Before adjustment,should rid extraneous matter in the machine, inject grease lubricant in every bearing with oil gun , inject oil lubricant in the chain shaft joint.
(2)When the equipment is wired up,check whether the rotation direction of the screw is correct or not.If not,should put it right in time.
(3)The machine without material try running 30 minutes,every bearing increase temperature should be no more than 30ºC.If the temperature is too high,it indicated install position of the hanger bearing not to be correct,should readjust
(4)While using it, should operate the machine before put the material.
(5)After stop conveying material,should continue running 1~2 mimutes,in order to clean-out the stock in the machine.
