The bucket elevator mainly serves a multitude of industries including grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, cement factories, and more. It's designed to elevate materials such as granules, dust, small blocks, or oil-cleaned substances.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories, among others. It can lift granular, dusty, small block materials, as well as oil-cleaned substances. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Key features include:,dust-like,small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials. Note that the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is not suitable for lifting materials over 60ºC, those with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. It features::
1. Movable side plate of the bottom for easy maintenance.
2. Tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key for secure fixing.,head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine comprises an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (or chains), and buckets. The rubber belt runs between the head and tail wheels, with buckets affixed at intervals. Materials enter through the inlet, get scooped by the buckets and moved upward with the belt, then are discharged through the outlet head wheel. To facilitate cleaning, the elevator bottom includes a plug board and spiral tension device.,machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (or chains), and buckets. The rubber belt loops between the head wheel and the tail wheel, with buckets attached at fixed intervals. Material enters via the inlet, is scooped up by the buckets, moves upward along with the belt, and is discharged through the outlet at the head wheel. To clean the bottom and the bucket belt, the elevator bottom is equipped with a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top includes a chain drive section head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users have three power transmission options:
1) Reducer with flexible coupling for direct drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheet.
3. The elevator bottom has an inlet and discharge gates on both sides. It features a spiral tension adjuster for the bucket belt. A dust pipe can be added after removing the cover.
The elevator bottom can be equipped with a dust pipe after dismounting the cover.
4. There are two types: rubber belt and chain. The ends of the rubber belt are joined with special belt bolts, and buckets are attached to the belt (or chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets come in two varieties: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are used for granules, while shallow buckets are for dust-like materials.
