Presenting the state-of-the-art HUS Belt Conveyor, designed with an innovative structure for effortless operation. Perfectly suited for the seamless transportation of particulate and packaged materials, this conveyor is indispensable in granaries, fuel depots, fodder processing, coal handling, and port loading areas.
Operating Instruction
- For optimal performance, initiate the conveyor in a no-load state and commence feeding once the machine reaches normal operation. Cease feeding shortly before shutting down, then turn off the motor and cut the electricity supply.
- Ensure the conveyor belt tension is neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness can weaken joint strength and reduce system stability, while looseness can damage the belt and hinder capacity.
- Feed materials centrally on the conveyor belt to prevent misalignment. Avoid loading and unloading inappropriately to ensure smooth operation.
- Promptly adjust the conveyor belt if any misalignment occurs during operation.
Main Technical Parameters
Maintenance and Announcements
To enhance longevity and efficiency, start the conveyor with no load to minimize resistance and wear. Adjust belt tension before operation to ensure smooth functioning. This practice reduces material loss and maintains high transportation efficiency.
Strictly prevent the conveyor belt from contacting any fatty substances like gasoline, diesel, and machine oils to avoid corrosion and ensure longevity.
Only stop the belt conveyor after all materials have been unloaded. At the end of production, relax the tension pulley and store the properly maintained machine in a warehouse for future use.
machine, ensuring it is properly stored and ready for normal use during the next operation cycle.
