- Maintain the conveyor belt at an optimal tension—neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness reduces joint strength and operational stability, while looseness can harm the belt and diminish functionality.
- Feed materials as centrally as possible to avoid misalignment of the conveyor belt. Refrain from informal loading and unloading practices.
- Promptly adjust the conveyor belt if any misalignment occurs to ensure continued smooth operation.
