The bucket elevator is an indispensable tool, predominantly employed across various industries such as grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories.,feed,coal,metallurgy,cement factories, and more. Its primary function is to elevate materials like granules,dust-like particles,small blocks, or oily substances. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is not suited for materials exceeding a temperature of 60ºC, containing large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Its features include:
1. Movable side plates at the bottom for easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel,head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring fixedness.
Structure and Working Principle:
This sophisticated machine comprises an elevator top,machine barrel,elevator bottom,rubber belt (or chains), and buckets. The rubber belt encircles the head and tail wheels, with buckets affixed at regular intervals. Material enters the elevator via the inlet, is scooped by the buckets, elevated along the belt, and discharged as the buckets pass the head wheel. The elevator bottom features a plug board and spiral tension device for efficient cleaning and maintenance.
1. The elevator top integrates a chain drive section, head cap, discharge area, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can select from three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer through flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed with angle steel and steel sheets.
3. The elevator bottom includes an inlet, discharge gates on both sides, and a spiral tension system to adjust the bucket belt. It can also accommodate a dust pipe after removing the cover.
The elevator bottom can be equipped with a dust pipe post dismounting the cover.
4. There are two types: rubber belt and chain. Both ends of the rubber belt are connected with special bolts; buckets are mounted on the belt (or chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets come in two versions: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, while shallow buckets suit dust-like materials.
