The HUS Belt Conveyor features an innovative design and intuitive operation, positioning it as the perfect solution for the efficient transportation of particulate and packaging materials. It is particularly suited for use in granaries, fuel depots, fodder production facilities, coal yards, and port loading zones.
Operating Instruction
- Start the machine without any load. Only begin feeding materials once the machine is running smoothly. Stop feeding before shutting down, and ensure the motor is turned off before cutting the electricity supply.
- Maintain the conveyor belt at an optimal tension-neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness can weaken the belt's joints and reduce operational stability, while looseness can damage the belt and impair its capacity.
- Feed materials as centrally as possible to maintain alignment of the conveyor. Avoid informal loading and unloading practices to ensure efficient operation.
- Immediately adjust the conveyor belt if any misalignment occurs to maintain optimal performance.
Main Technical Parameters
Maintenance and Announcements
For lower consumption, minimal wear, and high transportation efficiency, always start the conveyor without a load to reduce startup resistance. Adjust belt tension appropriately before operation to ensure smooth functioning.
Prevent any contact between the belt and fatty substances like gasoline, diesel oil, or machine oil to avoid corrosion and extend the belt's lifespan.
Unload all materials before stopping the belt conveyor. After production, relax the tension pulley and store the machine properly to ensure it remains in optimal condition for future use.
Ensure proper storage in the warehouse to maintain the machine's condition for normal future use.
