The bucket elevator is predominantly utilized across diverse industries, including grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. It is meticulously designed to elevate materials such as granules,,dust-like particles,,small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials. However, the TDTG type double-barrel bucket elevator is not suitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Its key features include:
1. The movable side plate at the bottom, which facilitates easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring exceptional stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine is composed of an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The rubber belt runs between the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets fixed at specific intervals. Materials enter the elevator through the inlet, are scooped up by the buckets, move upwards with the belt, are thrown by the head wheel, and discharged via the outlet. For efficient cleaning, the elevator bottom features a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top consists of a chain drive section, head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose among three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer through flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheet, ensuring robust durability.
3. The elevator bottom includes an inlet and discharge gates on both sides, featuring a spiral tension mechanism to adjust the bucket belt. Additionally, the elevator bottom can be equipped with a dust pipe after removing the cover.

4. Choose between two types: rubber belt and chain. Both ends of the rubber belt are connected with special belt bolts, and buckets are securely fastened on the rubber belt (chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets are available in two varieties: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, while shallow buckets are perfect for dust-like materials.
