The bucket elevator is an essential piece of machinery utilized across various industries, including grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, cement factory, and more.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. This equipment is designed to elevate materials such as granular substances,,dust-like particles,,small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, containing large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties. Key features include::
1. A movable bottom side plate for effortless maintenance.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring stability.
Structuring and Working Principle:
This sophisticated machine consists of an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The rubber belt loops between the head and tail wheels, with buckets affixed at specific intervals. Material enters the elevator through the inlet, where buckets scoop it up, transport it upwards with the moving belt, and discharge it over the head wheel through the outlet. For cleaning, the elevator bottom features a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top comprises a chain drive section, head cap, discharge mechanism, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel, offering three power transmission options:
1) Reducer with flexible coupling for direct drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheets.
3. The elevator bottom includes an inlet and discharge gates on both sides at the lower section, with a spiral tensioner to adjust the bucket belt. A dust pipe can be fitted after removing the cover.
The elevator bottom can be installed with a dust pipe once the cover is removed.
4. Two types are available: rubber belt and chain. The rubber belt's ends are joined using special belt bolts, and buckets are secured on the belt (chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Bucket varieties include deep and shallow types. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, while shallow buckets are suited for dust-like materials.
