Working Principle
1) Horizontal Transport
In horizontal transport mode, the scraper chain directly engages with the material. The combined friction between the material and the trough walls stabilizes the material, while the scraper chain's thrust propels it forward as a single cohesive unit.
2)Vertical Transport
During vertical transport, the scraper's thrust, material gravity, and the pressure from lower to upper segments generate lateral pressure against the trough walls. This ensures material stability, preventing slippage and facilitating smooth upward movement by overcoming gravitational and frictional forces.
