MH600A Thickness Grader is a cleaning device for selecting grain granule. This machine can classify the different thickness grains & plant seeds and rid impurities through octagonal riddle drum turning around horizontal shaft. This machine is used for rice factory husked rice classifying;Oil factory & seed company soybean classifying or clean up other thinner granules.

Main Structure and Working Principle
The Thickness Grader consists of distribution device,six octagonal riddle drums,drive and frame.
Material is divided six equal parts through the distribution device, at the same time get into six whirling riddle drums with an angle. High quality head rice flow to exit through riddle drums, other grain will be get rid of pass through sieve pore.
Every riddle drum has a cleaning rubber brush, it is used to clean sieve surface.

Equipment Installation
1,This machine should be install in vibrating slightly and reliable foundation,obtain the position for repairation and removement of riddle drum. In front of the machine,should have space no less than 2m, so as to replace riddle drum.
2,This machine is the frame construction,transporting and lifting up.should pay attention to prevent being out of shape.
3,There is a suction opening on the inlet end, it should be connected with suction pipe, so as to get rid of dust and husk in the riddle drum .
4,Flow rate is stabler and evener,effect is better,capacity is higher.

Use and Operation
1,Before operation,should examine whether all bolts,nuts are tightened.
2,before operation, should examine turning direction of the riddle drum. It can start to feed stock after the machine is normally work, flow rate should be stable and even.
3,Adjust the position of the moving bolts, make husked rice get into the machine evenly. Fan-shape adjustment board angle, (direction A) according to clockwise adjust may increase the input,otherwise reduce the input. Tightening the moving bolts after it is adjusted.
4,After stopping operation, should examine and clean the riddle drum. If the machine doesn't work a long time, should disconnect the riddle drum to examine and clean.
