The Advanced Plate Chain Bucket Elevator from JIANGSU HUALIANG MACHINERY CO., LTD. is predominantly utilized across diverse industries including grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. It excels in elevating materials such as granular, dusty, small block, or oil-cleaning substances.,feed, coal, metallurgy, cement factory, etc. This versatile machine can efficiently lift materials such as grainy particles,,dust-like materials,,small blocks, or oily substances. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is not designed to handle materials over 60ºC, with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties. Key features include::
1. Movable side plate at the bottom for easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel and head wheel are connected with a flat key, ensuring stability.,head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
The elevator comprises an elevator top,,machine barrel,,elevator bottom,,rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The rubber belt runs around the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets fixed at intervals along the belt. Material is loaded into the elevator via the inlet; the buckets then scoop up the material, transport it upwards, and discharge it through the outlet after passing the head wheel. For efficient cleaning of the bucket belt and elevator bottom, a plug board and spiral tension device are installed.
1. The elevator top features a chain drive section, head cap, discharge section, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose from three power transmission methods:
1) Reducer through flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheets.
3. The elevator bottom has an inlet and discharge gates on both sides of the lower section, with a spiral tension device to adjust the bucket belt.
The elevator bottom can be fitted with a dust pipe after removing the cover.
4. Available in two types: rubber belt and chain. The ends of the rubber belt are connected with special belt bolts, while buckets are secured to the rubber belt (or chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Two bucket types: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, while shallow buckets are suited for dusty materials.
