Our bucket elevator system finds extensive applications across a multitude of industries, including grain processing, feed production, coal mining, metallurgy, and cement manufacturing.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. Expertly engineered to elevate a variety of materials such as granules,,fine dust particles,,small blocks, or oil-coated materials, our TDTG type double-barrel bucket elevator is a marvel of modern engineering. However, it is not suitable for materials with temperatures above 60ºC, high impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Key features include:
1. A movable side plate at the bottom, which simplifies maintenance.
2. Stable connections between the tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft through a flat key.
Structure and Working Principle:
The machine is composed of several core components: an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (or chains), and buckets. The rubber belt moves between the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets attached at set intervals. Materials enter via the inlet, get scooped by the buckets, and ascend with the belt, eventually being discharged through the outlet by the head wheel. A plug board and spiral tension device located at the elevator bottom facilitate cleaning.
1. The elevator top features a chain drive section, head cap, discharge area, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users may select from three power transmission methods:
1) Flexible coupling straight drive via reducer.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. Constructed from angle steel and steel sheet, the elevator box is built to last.
3. The elevator bottom incorporates an inlet and discharge gates on both sides, equipped with a spiral tension mechanism for adjusting the bucket belt. It can also be fitted with a dust pipe when the cover is removed.
The elevator bottom can be equipped with a dust pipe after removing the cover.
4. Available in two types: rubber belt and chain. Special belt bolts connect the ends of the rubber belt, and buckets are securely fastened to the rubber belt (or chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets are available in deep and shallow varieties. Deep buckets are designed for granular materials, while shallow buckets are optimal for dust-like substances.
