Main Structure and Working Principle
This robust machine is composed of a durable cylinder, a powerful drive system, and a sturdy frame.
Equipped with two main-stream and two side-stream cylinders, this Separator excels in removing both round and long impurities, ensuring comprehensive treatment of leftovers.
For detailed diagrams and dimensions, please refer to the included drawings. The cylinder structure is meticulously detailed in the provided schematics.
The Separator operates by leveraging the differences in grain length. For grains with similar widths but distinct lengths, traditional sifting may be inefficient, making this Separator the perfect solution.
Round impurities are separated by feeding the mixture into the cylinder. The pocket-shaped indents lift the mass to a certain height. Under the influence of gravity, friction, and centrifugal force, the mass first drops and then returns to the lower part of the cylinder. Round impurities are lifted higher, eventually dropping into the worm's catch trough, thus separating from the mass and exiting the system.
Long impurities drop back to the lower part of the cylinder, with the stock dropping into the trough. This process effectively separates long impurities from the mass.
For example, in removing round impurities from wheat, buckwheat, seed, and broken wheat are lifted by the pockets into the worm's trough and ejected. The clean wheat flows towards the outlet, skimming along the cylinder's surface.
In removing long impurities such as barley and oats, the wheat is lifted and fed by the pockets into the worm's trough and ejected. Barley and oats pass freely over the cylinder's surface, ensuring clean separation.
