- Always initiate the HUS Belt Conveyor without a load. Begin feeding materials only after the machine reaches normal operation. Cease feeding before shutting down the machine, then turn off the motor and disconnect the power supply.
- Ensure the conveyor belt tension is optimal-neither too tight nor too loose. Excessive tightness can weaken joint strength and reduce system stability, whereas too loose joints can damage the belt and impact efficiency.
- During feeding, aim to place materials centrally on the belt to avoid misalignment. Avoid informal loading and unloading practices.
- Adjust the conveyor belt promptly if it becomes misaligned.
