Working Principle
1) Horizontal Transport
In horizontal transport mode, the direct action of the scraper chain ensures that the material's rigidity is greater than the friction between the material and the trough wall. This integrated force allows the material and scraper to move as a single entity, efficiently transporting material forward.
2)Vertical Transport
In vertical transport mode, the material is propelled by the scraper thrust, gravity, and the support pressure from the material below. This combination creates lateral pressure against the trough walls, stabilizing the material and ensuring smooth upward movement. The internal friction within the material layers overcomes gravity and trough friction, maintaining a stable, cohesive transport process.
