Working Principle
1) Horizontal Transport
In horizontal transport mode, the scraper chain directly engages the material. The combined friction between the material and the trough walls keeps the material steady while the scraper chain's thrust moves everything forward as one cohesive unit.
2)Vertical Transport
During vertical transport, the scraper's thrust, material gravity, and the pressure from lower to upper segments create lateral pressure against the trough walls. This maintains the material's stability, preventing slippage and ensuring smooth upward movement by overcoming gravitational and frictional forces.
