The HUS Belt Conveyor, with its innovative design and user-friendly interface, is the perfect solution for efficiently transporting particulate and packaging materials. It's ideally suited for use in granaries, fuel depots, fodder production sites, coal yards, and port loading zones.
Operating Instructions
- Always initiate the machine without any load. Begin feeding only after smooth operation is attained. Halt feeding before shutting down the machine. Turn off the motor and disconnect the electricity supply accordingly.
- Maintain the conveyor belt at an optimal tension—neither too tight nor too loose. Excess tightness weakens joint strength and reduces stability, while looseness can damage the belt and impair its capacity.
- Feed materials centrally to avoid conveyor misalignment. Refrain from any informal loading and unloading practices.
- Promptly adjust the conveyor belt if misalignment occurs to ensure smooth operation.
Main Technical Parameters
Maintenance and Announcements
To ensure optimal performance with lower consumption, minimal wear, and high transportation efficiency, always start the conveyor without a load to reduce startup resistance. Adjust the belt's tension before operation for seamless functioning.
Prevent any contact between the belt and fatty substances like gasoline, diesel oil, or machine oil to avoid corrosion and damage.
Unload all materials before stopping the conveyor. Post-production, relax the tension pulley and store the machine properly to ensure it's ready for future use.
Store the machine properly in a warehouse to ensure it is in optimal condition for future use.
