Working Principle
1) Horizontal Transport
In horizontal transport, the scraper chain's thrust creates an internal frictional force surpassing the friction between the material and the trough wall. This causes the material to move cohesively under the scraper's thrust.
2)Vertical Transport
During vertical transport, the material ascends due to the combined thrust of the scraper and its own weight. The internal friction overcomes gravitational and trough friction forces, ensuring stable vertical transport.
