The bucket elevator is a versatile solution extensively employed across a diverse range of industries such as grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories.,feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. This robust system is meticulously engineered to elevate an array of materials including granules,,dust-like particles,,small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials. However, the TDTG type double-barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Key features include:
1. A movable side plate at the bottom for easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are interconnected via a flat key, ensuring enhanced stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine is composed of an elevator top, machine barrel, elevator bottom, rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The belt operates between the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets attached at regular intervals. Materials enter via the inlet, are scooped by the buckets, ascend with the belt, then are discharged through the outlet. For easy cleaning, the elevator bottom is equipped with a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. The elevator top includes a chain drive section, head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users have three power transmission options:
1) Reducer with flexible coupling direct drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from durable angle steel and steel sheet.
3. The elevator bottom features inlets and discharge gates on both sides, along with a spiral tension mechanism to adjust the bucket belt. Additionally, a dust pipe can be installed after removing the cover.
A dust pipe can be incorporated at the elevator bottom after removing the cover.
4. Two types are available: rubber belt and chain. Both ends of the rubber belt are joined with specialized belt bolts, and buckets are affixed to the belt (chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets are available in two forms: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, whereas shallow buckets are designed for dust-like materials.
