cloggy materials, ensuring smooth and efficient operation even with challenging substances.
(3) The blade-type is perfectly suited for high-viscosity materials,
and also excels in compressible materials. During conveyance, it can simultaneously perform additional processes such as stirring and mixing.
Customers can select the auger flight shape based on the specific performance characteristics of the material being handled.
Key Characteristics:
(1) The LSS series screw conveyor features casings formed by mold pressing and bearings that utilize sealed spherical bearings for enhanced durability.
(2) Inlet and outlet sizes as well as discharge mounting can be customized to meet user specifications. The auger flight can rotate either left-handed or right-handed, as required.
(3) Each section of screw shafts connects seamlessly with a core axis. The motor reducer is linked to the conveyor drive shaft through a flexible shaft coupling, simplifying installation, dismantling, and maintenance.
