Main Structure and Working Principle:
The machine consists of a frame, feeding house, main shaft, cylinder, screw, separator tank, discharge ring, sleeve spindle, discharge end bearing house, discharge end lid, and control elements (rotor arm, handwheel, screw rod), as depicted in the attached figure.
Rice enters the cylinder through the feeding house. One end of the main shaft is supported by the feeding support, while the other end is supported by the discharge end bearing house via the bearing and sleeve spindle. The cylinder is fixed to the main shaft at the feeding end lid, with the other end supported by the discharge ring bearing on the sleeve spindle. The screw blade is attached to the main shaft. The separator tank is supported by the main shaft bearing at one end and fixed to the sleeve spindle at the other end, allowing them to rotate together. The sleeve spindle is supported on the discharge end bearing house by a bearing, with one end fixed to the rotor arm, the control element for the separator tank. The Length Grader operates by the main shaft driving the cylinder and screw to rotate together, while the separator tank's position is adjusted externally via the sleeve spindle and control element.
This machine employs a single cylinder to sort broken rice and head rice effectively.
