Working Principle
1) Horizontal Transport
In horizontal transport mode, the scraper chain directly engages with the material. The combined friction between the material and the trough walls ensures the material remains steady, while the scraper chain's thrust propels the load forward as a cohesive unit.
2)Vertical Transport
During vertical transport, the scraper's thrust, material gravity, and the pressure from lower to upper segments generate lateral pressure against the trough walls. This lateral pressure stabilizes the material, prevents slippage, and ensures smooth upward movement by overcoming gravitational and frictional forces.
