Working Principle
1) Horizontal Transport
During horizontal transport, the direct action of the scraper chain causes the hauled material to adhere closely, creating a cohesive unit with the trough wall. The scraper thrust force propels this unit forward, ensuring efficient material transfer.
2)Vertical Transport
In vertical transport, materials are driven upward by the scraper thrust and their own gravity. The materials at the bottom support those above, creating lateral pressure against the trough walls. This interaction minimizes movement friction and stabilizes the materials, allowing the scraper chain to efficiently transport the unit upward.
