The bucket elevator is widely utilized across various industries such as grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. It excels in elevating materials like granular, dusty, small-block, or oil-clean substances.,feed, coal, metallurgy, cement factories, and more. Ideal for lifting granular, dusty, small block, or oil-cleaning materials. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials over 60ºC, with large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties.,dust-like,small block, or oil-cleaning materials. The TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is not suitable for lifting materials over 60ºC, containing large impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive substances. Its features include::
1. The bottom side plate is movable, ensuring easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key, ensuring fixedness.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine comprises an elevator top,,machine barrel,,elevator bottom,,rubber belt (chains), and bucket. The rubber belt encircles the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets fixed at specific intervals. Material enters the elevator through the inlet, is excavated by the buckets, moved upwards by the belt, and discharged through the outlet after passing the head wheel. To facilitate cleaning of the bottom and bucket belt, the elevator bottom is equipped with a plug board and spiral tension device.
1. Elevator top includes a chain drive section head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Three power transmission options are available:
1) Reducer through flexible coupling straight drive.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheet.
3. The elevator bottom features an inlet and discharge gates on both sides of the lower part, with a spiral tension device for bucket belt adjustment.
The elevator bottom can be fitted with a dust pipe after removing the cover.
4. Two types are available: rubber belt and chain. The rubber belt ends are connected with special belt bolts, and buckets are secured on the rubber belt (chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Two bucket types are offered: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are suitable for granular materials, while shallow buckets are ideal for dusty materials.
