The bucket elevator is primarily employed across numerous industries, including grain processing, animal feed production, coal handling, metallurgy, and cement manufacturing. This versatile machinery is capable of elevating materials such as granular substances, powdery materials, small blocks, or oil-cleansed components. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, those with significant impurities, oil seepage, or corrosive properties. Notable features include:
1. A movable side plate at the bottom, ensuring ease of maintenance.
2. A tail wheel, head wheel, and shaft connected with a flat key for stability.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machinery comprises an elevator top, middle barrel, lower elevator bottom, rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The rubber belt wraps around the head wheel and tail wheel, with buckets affixed at regular intervals. Materials enter the elevator through an inlet, are scooped up by the buckets, transported upward with the belt, then discharged by passing over the head wheel and exiting through an outlet. The elevator bottom features a plug board and spiral tensioner for internal cleaning and belt maintenance.
1. The elevator top includes a chain drive section, head cap, discharge outlet, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can select from three power transmission methods:
1) Direct drive via a reducer and flexible coupling.
2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
2. The elevator box is constructed from angle steel and steel sheet.
3. The lower elevator portion features an inlet, and discharge gates on both sides of the bottom section, complemented by a spiral tensioner for bucket belt adjustment.
Additionally, a dust pipe can be attached to the bottom after removing the cover.
4. Available in two types: rubber belt and chain. The rubber belt's ends are joined with special bolts, with buckets secured to the belt (chains) using bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
5. Buckets come in two varieties: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, while shallow buckets suit powdery substances.
